Essentially, an amalgamation of crap and capacity, used to denote slowness and more generally, inefficiency.

Named in honor of an unfortunately hideous acquintance. The term signifies an additional level of distaste, above and beyond the usual, gross.

Oy, poor girl. And they say her mincegrosity will only get worse.
