The act of receiving a hair cut, while on the toilet dropping a floater.

*At the barber*

Man: Hey Frank, can I get a bowl cut.
Frank: Sure sonny, take a seat.
Man: Wait, first I need to shit.
Frank: Well I'll just give you a real "bowl cut" while you're on the john.
Man: OK BUDDAY
