(Urban myth)
Pete is an old British guy who lives in Amsterdam. He walks around looking for vulnerable, drunk girls and takes them to his barge on the canal. He then rapes them and after that he shoved them into a cage and leaves them to starve for a few days. Then he rips off all their skin and dumps them in the canal.
