An Urban Legend from Philadelphia, a big mythical man who loves to party. Puff prowls through the parks on philadelphia collecting Marijuana roaches left behind by the local youth, Legend has it, if you leave out Roaches for puff, he will bless you the next time you re up and you may find your self with an extra gram or two. Puff is a friendly giant, unless you start fucking around around which you will quickly find out.
