The not-so-thick but not very milky mix of any flavor milkshake mixed with any flavor of Monster Energy Drink. Can only be made by you (you obviously can not order a Topher).
Guy 1: "Hey, lets go to the gas station and pick up a monster so we can make The Topher at McDonalds."
Guy 2: "Okay, you buy the monsters, and I buy the milkshakes."
Guy 2: "Okay, you buy the monsters, and I buy the milkshakes."
