Corporate Hitchhiking

corporate Hitchhiking is a term for going job to job, temp job to temp job with hope for all this jumping to add up to a solid high paying job/ career. All this time counting on your resume with its stunning large set of skills and items that are usually useless. You may feel its impressive having 3 to 8 pages of info but to any possible employer its shows you cant hold a job down

Jake: do you believe you can win a job with that 6 page resume.

Joe: darn tooting.
jake: but all youve been doing is jumping from management job to management job, from sinking ship to sinking ship.

Wallyites

1. The Wallyites were a group of people who were accidentally brainwashed into worshipping Wally as a god or holy man.
~from the dilbert tv series.

2. A Wallyite is a person trying emulate wally from the dilbert comic. A person who is using all there intellect and trickery to do as little work as possible by passing it to another or find project you cant be graded on.

A Wallyite only reason to come to work is :
*free coffee or meal
*place to nap
*free wifi or internet
*free money.

A Wallyite is usually found on the job:
*selling corperate suppiles online
*sleeping in there cubicle

* checking there social media every second
*finding new ways to be lazier, shove there work to another, or a lazier project that they can even less work

Note: A Wallyite can exist outside the corporate world. In a resturant, at a coffee shop, in a warehoue, etc practically anywhere.

Depending on the context can be a way to point some out. Or used as a durogative. Or as a method of surprise

1. A phrase used to point out a guy in the room.

2. Used in conjunction with the word "oh" can be used as a durogative. A durogative meaning "oh God not him" or "Look guys, it's the guy we dislike, hate, find creep, we blame, find annoying, etc. Kinda like "oh" in the movie h@me.

3.a character in futurama.

"Oh that guy" said the crowd who were rolling there eyes as there "friend" approached .
