Common used on the DeadBedrooms subreddit, LL4u means "Low Libido for (4) You)." This is often used in contrast with NRE, "New Relationship Energy," which fades after a few months or years, or once the relationship becomes established.
Yeah, she had NRE at first, which is why the sex was so frequent. Now you're married, so you better get used to LL4U. Many such cases.
