VOR

VOR is “Vehicle Off Road”, a term used by most freighter and haulier companies; the term means that either the trailer or truck, usually referred to as a “unit”, is due for its MOT, servicing or other issue.

Dave: “oh hi Mark, I thought you were off to Warrington?”
Mark: “nah, trailer got VOR’ed, gotta wait for a new trailer now”
Dave: “ah well, that’s shit”
