DeviantART or their friends. Can also be used to describe people who protect their friends, despite the fact their "Friends" are awful people.
2. The same definition as
mongoloid or
cretin, a retard.
3. A
Spanish person from
Valencia. (Derogatory)
It originated as slang on DeviantART during a massive
flame war.
When in lowercase, the P is always capitalised.
