When someone is called out for being a thot, and their friends reenact a prominent scene from "Spartacus" in which they lie claiming they are spartacus, only replacing the name with "Thoticus"

Mary: Rebecca, you're such a thot!
Jenny: No, I am thoticus!
Becky: No, I am thoticus!
