In the transfur community, UDTF stands for Upside Down-TransFormation. This indicates a character that has swapped body parts, or their function, across the transverse plane; thus rendering their new view of the world literally upside down. This is typically considered a form of "Unwanted Transformation" (not abbreviated), as the effects serve only to handicap the victim.
