Picture Crashing 

Deliberately inserting yourself into the background of a picture taken by a random stranger or into a group photograph where you are not a member of the group.

We saw these tourists posing for a picture down by the Washington Monument and couldn't resist jumping in and picture crashing just as the shutter clicked.
