Gut Fucked 

Normally shortened to GF'ed

the feeling you have when you have eaten too much... way past bloated

The feeling you have when you feel like a Beached Whale and then had just a bit more to eat.

Very common phrase after Christmas Lunch or after too much Thanksgiving turkey

Dude, I can't eat anything else I'm Gut Fucked

or when your parents/kids are around

I can't eat anything else I'm GF'ed
