One who is more than just a douche, to a point where they're no longer able to be categorized as a douche; they're a douchevat. They are known for having douche-like characteristics; they lie, use people, and are severely awkward.

Jada: I can't believe the nerve of Justin! He just lied to me again, after I already heard the truth about what he did!

Skye: Don't sweat it; Justin's simply a douchevat.
