A creature that is oblivious to how scraggly they actually are. See Scraggly.

Rot Tooth Scraggle (spends more money on their purses than their teeth), Duck Lipped Scraggle (poses with a kissy face on Facebook thinking that's hot), Smedium Scraggle (wears too small of a shirt for their size), Clown Faced Scraggle (juggalo/juggalette).
