A snowplow bomber is an inexperienced skier who simply skis straight down the hill in the 'snowplow' or 'pizza slice' position, which is putting your skitips together in a point to slow down.
Mark: "Did you see that snowplow bomber?"
Joanne: "Yeah, he was just sliding down the hill, I had to swerve to avoid him!"
