A substandard, drugatic Mother that has a bunch of kids. She regularly dumps them on elderly Ladies, while she goes and parties; Neglectful Mother.
"Khaleigh is being a Becky, with her Son. She doesn't change his diaper or feed him like she should be. There needs to be an intervention."
