A name used to describe how powerless someone is. The opposite of an important and powerful person. A dust bunny may be very insignificant but when in the presence of an that important person he becomes very valuable.

Get the Dust Bunnymug. To consciously exclude somebody from a group of friends. Comes from the MTV show "The Life of Ryan" in which Ryan Sheckler is always trying to "phase people out" of his social group for no reason apart from his rampant egotism.
