The practice of relieving oneself of semen into a condom (see posh-wank), while in a public (normally road-side) toilet, then leaving the offending article for someone else to drink in the style of the popular fromage-frais product as alluded to in the title of this activity. Popular in the undergraound gay community of Oxford.
