1. Short for borderline. Often used to describe individuals suffering from mental retardation.

2. An exclamation of shock/glee/tourette's.

1. "It's water, Allen. Waaa-ter. You DRINK it."
"Yeah Allen, you're so bordee."

2. "BOOOORDEEEEEEE!"
