When your friend finally decides to dip and goes home after hanging out. Often associated with Mexicans and/or Filipinos.

You: "Yo man wanna play some ball?"
Friend: "Naww man I gotta dip"
You: "So ur mexing-out?"
Friend: "Yea man, mex-out"

Its used just like dipping or bouncing
