Vandied
When a large hospital system takes no accountability or responsibility to fix systemic failures and instead considers their staff as disposable, uses them as scapegoats when said system fails and throws them under the bus to be criminally charged even though they bear a heavy responsibility.
Doctor: "Hey can you put in this medication order for so and so?"
Nurse: "Do it yourself, I don't want to get Vandied"
