any person who justifies an attack on another based on their own religious ideologies.
most consider DAESH to be only muslim, however, it extends to all people of all religious backgrounds despite the words origin being arabic, used as an insult to extremist organizations such as ISIL, not to be considered ISIS, since they are NOT a STATE, they are LAND PIRATES who RAPE, KILL AND TORTURE their own people as well as others.
