A mistake, error or blooper that is either accidentally or purposefully left in an artistic work that adds to the value or appreciation of that work.

Did you see in Star Wars where the Storm trooper hits his head on the door?

Sure, but George Lucas decided to leave that Headknock in the final cut and now it's epic!
