steveless Tee

A turtle neck or mock turtle neck with the sleeves cut off. The person wearing this tee typicaly has a phobia of anything (collar of a shirt) touching his neck. The sleeves are cut off it help cool the wearer do to the extra material in the neck area.

I saw steve wearing a steveless tee the other day under his uniform shirt.
