Shampyon

Australian colloquialism. This term was originally used to describe disabled persons to be winners (esp. in marathons), despite their inability to succeed due to disability.

1) To display the mental limitations of retardation and/or chromosomal defects, while not suffering any form of genetic deficiency or physical damage to the muscular-skeletal or neural systems.
a) "While trying to defend himself, Westlo instead proved himself to be an even greater shampyon than he had led people to believe."

b) "That guy running for the bus looks like a shampyon"
