Skin Rose 

When a person with an uncircumcised penis pulls their foreskin into the shape of a rose. In order for them to do this the person must start pulling from the base until the cusp of the penis is reached and then mush the skin together forming a rose.

Britt pulled his pants down the other day and showed everybody his skin rose.
