An "underground" CD that has instrumentals already used by some artists, so the MC in the mixtape raps over these beats to show that they can rap better than the original artists. In these mixtapes there´s also annoying DJs yelling all over the tracks. It´s excellent for upcoming MCs that need to be heard, and for mainstream artists to "keep it gangsta".

The most chilango word you will ever hear, next to "chido".
Chale is "damn" in english, it originated in Chilangolandia aka Mexico City and it became popular all over Mexico because it was frequently used in teenage soap operas. So any Mexican that migrates to the US will be using it, and the chicanos will be claiming it was originated in California.

Means "latin".
Latino is originated from the people of Italy (Romans used to speak latin, remember?). So any language that originated from Latin (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese) the people that spoke these are the real latins.
That means that Latinos are europeans that speak Italian, French, portuguese or Spanish. So when the continent of "America" was conquered by spaniards, they all called their indigeneous slaves "latinos"
