Someone who looks pretty but has a really smelly
ass. Usually you can spot a ho face easily b/c they wrinkle their nose up due to the
ass vapors in their vicinity. This nose wrinkle gives them the look of a snob, but have some sympathy for them, their
ass is toxic.
