A generic insult. The word originated as a censor for the N-word on the mobile app ifunny. Since the slur's creation sometime Aug 2019, people have been using it to mean many words: Idiot, retard, faggot, stupid, etc.

Guy 1: *says something stupid*
Guy 2: "shut up, Noon."
Guy 1: *triggered*
