A very very ugly ass person who has a bitchy personality. She dresses like a hoe with her other ratty looking friends that folllow in her big ass foot steps. Issa is not fuckable or bangable beyond any means. She is a flatchested filipino who wants other guys boobs because they'res are bigger than hers. Issa talk trash about every girl or guy she knows. She thinks shes the most popular girl in class, and she thinks she is always the right person. When Issa doesnt get what Issa wants, she throws a big hissy fit and starts to get on everyones nerves. Issa is retarded, even though she doesnt look like it.
