When you mix diary-based beverages (milk, bailey's, etc.) with highly acidic ingredients (lime juice, sloe gin, etc.) and the resulting mixture coagulates into a yogurt consistency. Also commonly known as the cement mixer effect.

John: "Hey Dave, you wanna watch the UFL?"

John: "Which players specifically?"
Dave: "IDK I never watched the UFL"
