Dooser

One (usu. female) who consistently has ridiculous stories about their latest misadventures, usually involving at least two of the following: alcohol, college football, men, world travel, law enforcement, public indecency. Usu. prefaced by "the," not "a"

"So I got a call from prison last night and..."
"Was it the Dooser?"
"How'd you know?"
