Maskhole 

A person who would prefer everyone wear a face mask at all times even when there is virtually zero risk of contracting Coronavirus, such as outside on a windy day, or while alone inside a closed vehicle.

The maskhole deemed that I was an asshole for being maskless on the mountain trail.
