tabbied

v. The state of being limited in movement or activity by a tabby cat, usually after it has positioned itself on one's lap or directly in the center of whatever one is working on.

I wanted to get a glass of water, but I've been tabbied, so I'm still thirsty.
I would have finished typing my thesis but my keyboard got tabbied all weekend.
