A term which accuratly describes both the geographical nature as well as the demographic make-up of the city of Portland. Most importantly, this term is used as a proper noun for supporters of the Portland Timbers football club.

shot clock 

When an individual manages to fit both the testicles and entire shaft of the penis in their mouth all at once. The goal is to see how long one can hold the contained "junk" in one's mouth.

Man, last night Lisa let me drill a buzzer beater before the shot clock expired.
