Peruvian Flip Flop

A rare genital mutation in which the male/female reproductive organs swap places. When done in Peruvian fashion, this case goes one step farther and the nipples take place of the ass, the ass takes place of the frontal, and the frontal takes place of the nipples. They then begin intercourse no matter where the genitals are located.

Even though he was mutated, we still pulled a Peruvian Flip Flop.
