At 51 minutes and 48 seconds (51:48) in 1998's "The Truman Show" starring Jim Carrey as the titular "Truman". During a breakdown, Truman forcibly drives himself and his wife to the outskirts of their TV set town, only to encounter what appears to be a nuclear power plant meltdown.
