Something so small that it'd be bitty even for a tiny baby. Too wee to make a difference, more of an insult than a sincere offer. Somewhat offensive to even have somebody offer you a bitty baby anything, waste of time even considering it! Thanks for nothing, literally, nothing.

What a person caught somewhere between adulthood and childhood calls their abdomen. The grown-up wants to sound respectable but the inner child prefers cutsie terms for parts of the body. The inner battle starts with the adult taking charge, but the kid butts in in time to put their two cents in. Result - stomach + tummy = stummy
