"SICLS" is an acronym that stands for "Sunburn Induced Cramping Leg Syndrome." SICLS is an under documented medical condition that causes excruciating pain in the lower leg, calf, and/or shin region after the legs have been subjected to a high amount of sunburn.
My legs were burnt, and then the next day when I woke up I couldn't even walk to the restroom. I must have gotten SICLS!
