The act of, whilst in bed with a partner and in the 'spoons' sleeping position, gently rubbing the penis against the sleeping persons bottom in the hope that the 'bubbee' will turn round and say
"Oh, go on then..."

"Gareth, have you got your Brown Wings yet with Emily?"
"I'm afraid not old chap. I spent a good 30 minutes bubbing her last night and she just pretended to be asleep"
