smegma

A transliteration of the Greek word óìÞãìá for soap. Its antibacterial properties keep the genitals healthy. In males, smegma is also produced as a lubricant to allow smooth movement between the foreskin and the glans between intercourse. Due to male circumcision it is more common in females.

As long as you wipe it (well) everyday, smegma will help keep the doctor at bay.
