Kinfriend

A blood-relative that you are currently in a romantic affiliation with. Like if you are dating your brother or sister.

"Oh? Timothy? He is my Kinfriend."

"Oh? Samantha? She is my Kinfriend (or sisfriend)."

Somebody who is both your sister and girlfriend at the same time. Pretty simple.

"Oh yeah! She is my sisfriend!"
