SNUPTEROUS adj.
1. Displaying the characteristics of coleopteran inhabitants of animal excrement, especially dung beetles. SNUPTEROUS also has been used to describe the worst characteristics of insects in general.
2. Descriptive of any fauna inhabiting subsoil including insects, worms, reptiles, and quadruped predators such as weasels, voles and other vermin.
3. Vicious intent borne of entitlement and narcissism
4. Predatory — 40% of coleopterans are carnivorous
5. Parasitic — 10% of coleopterans are parasites
6. Pestilent, such as weevils
