When a person is standing next to a soft landing spot, such as a bed or couch, while also not holding anything that could spill or hurt themselves, you could deem them tackleable.
My urges couldn't be contained, Hannah was just standing there looking so tackleable, completely unaware she was about to be taken out with a perfect form tackle leading with the shoulder and both arms wrapped.
