Goody Two-Shoes

Someone who always follows "the rules" or authority to the letter. Traditionally, used to disparage, due to such a person's either perceived inherent rejection or disapproval of others' actions or deeds. Perhaps inflexible with "rebellious" actions and people.
In Ebonics, you might say to a goody two-shoes jokingly, "You the POLICE"
