A p-whipped Man. A man who gets bossed around by a woman. A man who no longer has any "balls."

"Girls Gone Wild" is on TV, but Wife/Girlfriend wants to watch "Friends." Man sits there and watches "Friends" instead. Baby takes a dump in it's pants, Father goes and changes pants instead of saying "I don't smell anything" and letting Mother do the work. That makes him a "Vulva-Boy."
