A made up place that is more commonly used as a reference in a dead joke.

Me: "Hey, did I tell you that I just started dating this chick a couple days ago from Sugandeese?" My friend replies back with: "Huh? Sugandeese? Where's That?" Then I reply with "Sugandeese NUUTTSSSSSS. HAHA, GOTTEEEEEEEMM!!!!"

Using an unfortunate and or horrific event, to persuade a false dramatized opinion unto others for ones own personal gain.

"Oh I forgot. You don't believe in research, evidence and or statistical facts. you're a democrat. Nonfactualgain is your best and most used strategy. Your own political gain matters way much more than actual facts, obviously."
