Baked 

Used to describe someone who looks strange or funny in a photo. Can also apply to real life. Demi Lovato’s notorious ‘poot’ could be described as the ‘baked’ version of her.

Scenario one-
Friend: yo dude you lookin hella baked in that photo

Scenario two-
You: I feel baked right now

Friend: yeah you do look baked my dude

Matie 

Basically just a fun way to say mate. Used to lighten up a sentence. rather than saying ‘are you ok there mate?’ You can say ‘are you ok there matie?’. It’s funny and unexpected.

You: Ya wonna go Matie
Friend: sure lad let’s go Matie
