Fentanyl, or fent, used to refer to a street opiate stronger than heroin. Thought to be a mistaken pronunciation of “fent” as in “fet-a-nyl”. Also called fetty for the same reason.

Opiate Pills pressed (made clandestinely with an illegal pill press by a drug dealer. This refers to the “blues” or “M 30s” due to the fact they’re nearly the same size, shape and color of oxycodone 30mg pills. Also called “perks/percs” after “Percocet”. Made with fentanyl.
